Customer Service Vacancy
We currently have a vacancy within our customer services team, the role is 45 hours per week and the applicant must be able to work until 7pm.
The role includes importing files, dealing with discrepancies, liaising with depots as well as data imputing.
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work within a team.

With immediate effect there have been changes made to the collection/third party services. (this does not affect collections from the NG postcode) Please contact the office for clarification as its the services that have changed and have not been updated on the website straight away.
Collections that need doing sameday (sameday premium), have to be entered before 11am and now attract a £10 per pallet surcharge. Collections that want doing the day following entry will be a standard premium and can be entered up to 4.30pm. Anything entered after 4.30pm will automatically add another day to the service (if entered 5.15 Monday on a standard premium, it won't be collected till Wednesday) Economy collection if entered before 4.30pm will be collected 2 working days after (total 4 day service). If entered after 4.30pm will be collected 3 working days after.(total 5 day service)

USED ENGINE COLLECTION GUIDE
Used engines are a particular risk in a pallet network. If the fluids are not drained, they can leak, contaminating other freight, trailer/truck beds and create a slip hazard.
